3. Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking information will be available within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Damages

Luxe & Lark is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipment carrier.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please:

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided during checkout, shipping fees will not be refunded. You may need to pay additional shipping charges to resend the package.
